Terms of Service for Bear Printing and Embroidery

1. Overview
Welcome to Bear Printing and Embroidery. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the website.

2. Services Provided
Bear Printing and Embroidery provides custom printing services, including embroidery, DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, custom apparel, and promotional items.

3. Ordering and Payment
All orders placed through our website or email must be paid in full before production begins. Turnaround time estimates begin after artwork approval and payment.

4. File Submissions
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, print-ready files. We recommend vector files or high-resolution raster files (300 dpi). Digitizing services for embroidery are available for an additional fee.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless production has started. Refunds are not available once an order is in production, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

6. Shipping and Pickup
We offer local pickup in New Jersey and nationwide shipping. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been shipped.

7. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to or picked up in New Jersey, in accordance with state law. Out-of-state orders may be subject to use tax, which is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Turnaround Time Disclaimer
All production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, shipping carrier issues, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Bear Printing and Embroidery.

9. Color & Print Disclaimer
While we strive for consistency and accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or print quality may occur due to material differences, lighting, and screen settings. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

10. Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork or logos submitted. We are not liable for intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted content.

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.

12. Force Majeure
Bear Printing and Embroidery shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, war, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by Bear Printing and Embroidery shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration will take place in the state of New Jersey, and each party is responsible for its own legal costs. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the dispute.
